What the reduced fee conference package entails,

Up to 1 hour prior to the conference consultation for me to read your key documents (limited to the best 50 pages).

Review your questions ahead of a consultation to understand your matter and identify the main legal points for you.

Up to 1 hour to speak with you and provide advise based on the documents sent in and questions asked. This can be by telephone / online platform, such as Teams, Zoom or Google Meets.

Up to 30 mins to liaise with you in setting up a file / administrative documents to book a conference consultation and emailing the recording with brief notes of the meeting after the discussion.

Please note, all your questions and key 50 page documents should be emailed in together.
What advice to expect from a this consultation;
The list below is not exhaustive as each case has its own facts.

A broad opinion on your case and it's position.

What tasks you should undertake to progress your case (if any).

What evidence you need further / the strength of the current evidence.

Costs as in legal fees of pursuing the matter.

Cost consequences against the other party of pursuing/withdrawing the case.

How to self represent and its advantages and disadvantages.

Types of Issues/cases that clients the consultation covers

- All areas of law in which I practice.
- All stages, pre, during and post proceedings.
- Common examples of issues I deal with during these consultations can range from (including but not limited to), grievances and disciplinary advice, pre-action advice, Appeal advice, Advice on drafting pleadings to claims and all documents related to a case and more.

Other fees
If you do not want a consultation and simply require representation (subject to my availability), I charge a reasonable £100 an hour (upwards) depending on the work required.
If extensive work is required, I am open to discussing a fixed fee for the various tasks.
