June 2026 - WEEKLY OPENING HOURS

*Please note the following information and booking instructions.

1. Opening times: The clinic is open 9.00am-5.00pm Monday - Friday – Weekend emergency appointments available upon request only. Please note, morning appointments are extremely popular and usually go first, or are taken by non-clinic appointments available by request. If you prefer these, please let us know and we will consider if we can accommodate you.

*We have introduced Saturday morning sessions from 8.00am - 12.00 noon. These are very popular  and available on a first come first serve basis*. Book via the consultations page below.

2. Initial free 15 minutes call back session requests: Please do not send lengthy emails with any attachments as these will not be read prior to any booking other than what you write on the booking form. Furthermore, no formal advice is given in these sessions, just basic guidance. In these sessions you will be directed to the most relevant package that suits your requirements if needed. All calls will end after 15 minutes. Call backs will be at any time of the day that is booked. You will be called from a private number and all calls are recorded for internal purposes only. If you do not pick up the call back or are unavailable when called, you will not be permitted to re-book a free 15 minutes session. You will have to book a paid for session from below. If you cancel a free 15 minute session, you will not be permitted to re book either.

3. Post initial free 15 minutes sessions / or any paid for consultations: Once any session is finished, Haresh/the office will not engage in any further correspondence or answer any additional questions or clarifications requested, nor review anything additional sent in by way of lengthy emails or attachments to keep us informed on any matter for which we are not instructed. Please note, until you do not book the session directed by Haresh in the free 15 minutes, you will be redirected to this page. Therefore, you will have to book the appropriate session directed by Haresh in the free 15 minutes from below. Please further note, once you have received the benefit of a free 15 minute session, you will not be able to re book a further session for free. The next stage will be to book a paid for session. 

4. Cancellations: Please note if the cancellation of any service (paid) will incur a £10.00 charge. If it is done on the day of the service, refunds will be discretionary.

5. Suitability for Direct Access - If after having booked a session, it becomes apparent that your case is  not suitable for Direct Access, instructions may be returned, or any further instructions will not be accepted. To understand if your case is suitable for direct access, please read Para 4-8 of the Public Access Guidance by clicking here.​

6. Quote Requests - If you would like a separate quote on anything else, including but not limited to specific drafting, advice or representation/advocacy outside of the packages in the clinic. please book the following 30 min session. Please note, in order to quote, Court Orders will need to be read and understood in order to understand/advise on your key issues in order to provide an accurate quote. This service is not free and any repeated requests to conduct this process for free will not be responded to.

7. Initial Packages - Please note the most popular packages are the 2 hour Reduced Fee Consult which allows you to bring up to 50 pages or 4 hour Standard opinion consults, which allows you to bring up to 200 pages. Once you have benefitted from one of these, only then should you book any of the other packages. If you book any of the drafting sessions before these two sessions, your instructions may be returned and session will be cancelled.
