Service Description
This service is for those people who need assistance including but not limited to, - Drafting a response to correspondence they may have received. - Drafting any type of letter/email such as, encouraging settlement or persuade the other party to reply on certain issues pointing out legal consequences. - Drafting general correspondence. - Pre-Action letters *Please note, Haresh will assist in drafting the letter for you during the session in line with the appropriate guidelines i.e. Pre-action protocols or rules. You can then perfect the letter yourself adding any detail you are advised upon. Once you have drafted the letter with Haresh, you can always book a further session to go through it. *Once Booked, you will receive an email which asks you to email your best documents to us. Haresh will consider these with you during the consultation and advise you accordingly. Please note up to 100 documents, means 100 pages, not 100 attachments, If more documents are sent, please specify which 100 pages need to be read clearly in your response email. If this is not done, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and you will incur the cancellation fee taken off any refund. The booking process is very simple 1. Once you booked and paid, you will receive the following within a few minutes (please be patient). a. A text message confirming the booking. b. An email confirming the booking. c. An email with a welcome pack containing. - A client care letter, (the agreement between us known as the CCL) - A document titled, ‘Public Access Guidance’ which explains what it means to instruct a direct access barrister. - A copy of the reduced fee service policy. d. An email containing your receipt. If you require an invoice, please let us know and we will email this to you. e. An email asking you to reply to that same email requesting the following information. i. Two forms of ID (driving license, passport, or utility bill). ii. Your key questions, that you want to advise on and answered. iii. The documents that want Haresh Sood to consider during the drafting session. iv. Any reasonable adjustment request if you have a disability. T’s and C’s - All of the above requested information at point (e), MUST arrive at least 2 hours before the meeting starts if not earlier. - Please note all calls end automatically at 180 minutes. - Cancellation fees are £10.00.
