Service Description

This is for those people who require assistance in drafting/checking a document/s required to be submitted for court. For example, Haresh can advise on (including, but not limited to), particulars of claim, any type of application, appeals (all), further and better particulars, perfecting documents, statements, pleadings, position statements, grievances and more such as defences and counterclaims. During the session, Haresh will go through the documents you provide and read them with your guidance/input. he will then advice you on how to draft/perfect/amend your document/s or perfect the one you have written already. *Please note, Haresh will draft the document with your input and help you structure and format it. This session is designed to assist you in drafting the document, which together should be completed with a draft by the end of the session. The booking process is very simple. Once you booked and paid, you will receive the following within a few minutes (please be patient). - A text message confirming the booking. - An email confirming the booking. - An email with a welcome pack containing. - A client care letter, (the agreement between us known as the CCL). - A document titled, ‘Public Access Guidance’ which explains what it means to instruct a direct access barrister. - A copy of the reduced fee service policy. - An email containing your receipt. If you require an invoice, please let us know and we will email this to you. - An email asking you to reply to that same email requesting the following information. a. Two forms of ID (driving license, passport, or utility bill). b. Your key questions, that you want to advise on and answered. c. The documents that want Haresh Sood to consider during the drafting session. d. Any reasonable adjustment request if you have a disability.
