In this session, after having considered your papers, I will go through the key essentials you will need to know during your case including but not limited to the following. - Court procedure and rules (depending which court you are in). - Opening statements - Cross examination - Skeleton arguments - Applications - How to raise objections - Challenges you will face - Costs process - Case preparation - Bundles - Chronologies - Cast Lists - Index’s - Statement formatting. - Case preparation If you require support in putting your case papers neatly in order, this service is for you. • Once Booked, you will receive an email which asks you to email your documents to us. I will consider these with you during the consultation and advise you accordingly. • Once booked please specify if you want a call back or just an email reply or both. • Please note all calls will end automatically at 180 minutes, therefore if you think you need extra time, please book a further appointment. • Please also note, 100 pages, means 100 documents, not 100 attachments with multiple pages. If you have multiple attachments with numerous pages, please count the pages and select the appropriate consultation for you otherwise your booking will be cancelled. • We reserve the right to cancel your booking, and you will incur the cancellation fee taken off any refund.
