Service Description

This is for those people who have up to 50 pages that you would like Haresh to read and discuss with you. The documents should be sent in before the consultation when it is booked, You will receive an email which asks you respond with these documents. These will be considered during the consultation and advise will be given to you accordingly. These sessions are designed for people who require advice on (including but not limited to the following). 1. Brief prospects of success 2. How to self-represent 3. How to respond to certain letters they receive 4. Case strategy advice 5. How to comply with orders 6. Whether to pursue a case or appeal. The booking process is very simple 1. Once you booked and paid, you will receive the following within a few minutes (please be patient). a. A text message confirming the booking. b. An email confirming the booking. c. An email with a welcome pack containing. - A client care letter, (the agreement between us known as the CCL) - A document titled, ‘Public Access Guidance’ which explains what it means to instruct a direct access barrister. - A copy of the reduced fee service policy. d. An email containing your receipt. If you require an invoice, please let us know and we will email this to you. e. An email asking you to reply to that same email requesting the following information. i. Two forms of ID (driving license, passport, or utility bill). ii. Your key questions, that you want to advise on and answered. iii. Up to documents that want Haresh Sood to consider during the consultation. iv. Any reasonable adjustment request if you have a disability. T’s and C’s - Please note, all of the above requested information at point (e), MUST arrive at least 2 hours before the meeting starts if not earlier. If any of the above documents are not sent in, your session may be cancelled. - Please note all calls will end automatically at 120 minutes, therefore if you think you need extra time, please book a further appointment. - Please also note, 50 pages, means 50 documents, not 50 attachments with multiple pages. If you have multiple attachments with numerous pages, please let us know which pages out of the attachments need reviewing. - We reserve the right to cancel your booking, and you will incur the cancellation fee of £10.00 taken off any refund. - Refunds are discretionary.
