Service Description

Description: This is by telephone only. During the 'request to book' process, please ensure you add your telephone number to the booking form. This service is for new enquiries only, and available once only, per person. Previous / existing clients, will not be able to use this service. Please note, there will be no reading of any documents attached to any email sent in and this call will simply be a discussion. If you want Haresh to consider documents, please select the appropriate package from the alternative options. T & C’s. 1. Please note this is free guidance and not formal advice and cannot be relied upon. 2. All calls are recorded, please rest assured this is for internal records only and strictly confidential. 3. All calls will end after 15 minutes and be cut off automatically. 4. Please state the questions you want answers to and what legal action you would like to -pursue. Please note, if you say, you want to know if you have a case, this is called a merits assessment, for which you will need to book a paid for session and will not be done in this 15 minute session. 5. No attachments, emails or documents will be read or advised upon. You will need to book another service for this to take place. 6. Existing/Previous clients cannot use this service, only new queries. 7. You will usually be called any time of day even though the sessions are bookable from 9am,. However, please note, calls may come later or earlier in the day if Haresh is busy/held up on another matter, please keep your eye on your phone as you may get called before. 8. All calls will be by telephone NOT WhatsApp. 9. You will be called by a private / unknown number. 10. If you book and miss your appointment for whatever reason, you will not be permitted to rebook a free appointment. Due to demand these are limited in availability. 11. If you have already had one of these calls and re-book and we note this, your call request will be declined. 12. If you are not called on the day booked due to Haresh's unavailability, you will be invited to speak on another day or receive a call back on a different day.
